Default Website Hosting accounts on my PC

Can I create cpanel hosting accounts on my computer? My internet connection is a really fast one. My ISP allows unlimited data transfer. I think I can get a go. What do you suggest?

At the outset, there is no such thing as unlimited bandwidth. Secondly, are you prepared to provide 24/7 technical support? What uptime guarantee can you give? I don't think it's a good idea.

But my ISP explicitly says unlimited bandwidth. How is it not possible?

Michael, you need to read the terms of service by your ISP. There would certainly be some provisions to deal with excessive use of bandwidth. So long as you are utilising the data transfer service for your sites, it will probably be within limits. The moment you create extra hosting accounts, your usage is going to rise suddenly. That will not go without notice.
Further, howsoever fast the connection may be, there is always a limit to bandwidth.

If you really want to start a hosting business, go for a managed dedicated server or a WHM reseller account.

Reliability is the most important factor these days. Are you sure you can give due security to your clients?
