Default Web server vs Storage server

How would you differentiate between a Web server and a Storage server?

A Web server is a computer that delivers Web pages. Every Web server has an IP address and probably a domain name. Any computer can be converted into a Web server by installing server software and connecting the computer to the Internet. A storage server, on the other hand, is specifically configured with a greater storage capacity. It has usually 12 to 24 disks inside it.

Storage servers are generally individual units. Sometimes they are built into a 4U rackmount.
