Default SugarCRM vs vTigerCRM
which crm software is better SugarCRM or vTigerCRM and what are the advantages and disadvantages of both these crm softwares?

Some of our customers are using SugarCRM, but I've never heard of TigerCRM before.

If you have done some research so far then do let us know.

I have only heard of SugarCRM, I have no experience with it unfortunately.

Sugar CRM is more popular compared to TigerCRM as more than 12,000 companies use SugarCRM at the moment which include big brands.

You can easily install SugarCRM and additional modules.It's admin area offers a great variety of options and tools.
