I am getting overdue emails although i have paid.
Live chat requests that i send them a copy of the statement from my bank (online). My bank (natWest) allows me to download the statement in various formats : money, excel, sage, etc. Which one do i chose?

please choose excel format. We all use Microsoft Windows so its quite simple to check statement in excel format.

Andrew, could you have a look at my VPS? I am having huge problems sinse changing nameservers and hostname 2 months ago. Either the sites are down or various issues with emails. Live support found a couple problems over the last month is the named and host files, but my problems still persist. I have no open support ticket but need to find a cure for this problem as i am getting complaint on a daily basis. I don't know if your support guys can save all the domain data then reset the vps to original state, but something needs to be done as I think they don't know what else to try. They keep telling me there is no fault but 7 people now can't be wrong. Emails being returned because the sending server has given up! Sites down then instantly up again. Daily error messages saying ''The server name you entered cannot be found on the network (it might be down temporarily)' thx #Jon

Hi Jon,
Please PM some domains which have this problem. I will check DNS report for those domains and implement necessary fix to cleanup DNS errors.

i have checked DNS online reports for errors but doesn't seem to report any, so hope you find something.

nope. I could not see anything wrong in DNS report. I'll communicate with our VPS Team and ask them if there's anything wrong on our end.

Hmm, Your website is definitely having issues. I can't access it or PING it.. Must be a DNS issue.

Thank you Dan for confirming that my SITES are up and down like a yo-yo
But all I am told is that using the uptime (w) from shell, states that they have been up for over 16 days. Funny thing is that i can always reach whm and ping the ip but not the dns

DNS is different from actual server uptime as you most probably know. Shell will map the uptime to the IP address / kernel and not the domain name which is having the issues.
Earlier I could access 91.186.25.99/~raynerfa but not the actual website. It may be an issue with your raynersolutions.co.uk domain.

Yeah thx Dan. I have just started monitoring the sites via pingdom and pings the sites every minute.....will see what happens.
