10% downtime!!

Hi guys,

Over the last 4-6 weeks we have had awful problems with our server. It will stop working...ish. It will respond to pings but it won't let you access it via http, ssh, ftp etc.

Every time this happens I speak to somebody on livechat. They reboot the server which brings it back when I ask for a reason why it was down they seem stumped. They give me a different answer every time.

I have emailed the support asking for an explanation but I have not had a reply.

We have also purchased more RAM on what now appears to be incorrect advice.

The server IP is 92.48.74.26.

It is highly frustrating. I have been with you guys for over a year now and never had a problem so I suggested you to several of my clients which signed up and now they are having problems. It is making me look bad for suggesting you.

Please can somebody look into this??

Is your server a VPS or a dedicated?

It is a dedicated server.

I have had a reply to an email now so hopefully that will get it sorted.
