Default Tutorials for everything

Ok basically I am new to everything to do with this and recently purchased the windows starter plan and a domain.

Now I am at a loss as to how to actually use all this stuff. I have only coded sites before and have never uploaded or done anything like this before.

Can anyone point me to a breakdown of how everything I have purchased works? I looked at the tutorials provided on the site but I didn't find them too helpfull.

Any sugeestions at all will be greatly appreciated.

Aesir, you can easily manage your windows hosting account using your Plesk control panel. You have 2 different options for uploading your site 1) using FTP 2) using your Plesk control panel. If you get stuck anywhere while uploading your site you can contact our Windows technical support staff via 'Live Chat' we operate 24x7x365 to assist you for your questions.

You can go through our webhosting blog where you will find many helpful Windows Hosting related articles. Please refer http://blog.webhosting.uk.com/ for more information.

Ok thanks. Is Plesk the only way to do this? or do I have other options aswell?

Also is there a reason that my browser doesn't recognise the Plesk security certificate?

dont worry about the certificate, its not worth putting on a fully registered one. The warning you get is just a manual approval.

Hey Aesir,

You can ignore the cert warning, login to the Plesk control panel, add the domain, create an FTP account & upload the files using any FTP client into the 'domain.com\httpdocs' folder. Once this is done, the website would be accessed directly from the browser. WHUK has a live chat interface too, you may consider asking their support for instant help.
