LOL.

Such a difficult question but I would say that I like AIM, MSN and Yahoo for different different reasons. Some customers message me on AIM, some on MSN and some on Yahoo so its difficult to give priority to one Messenger.

Yep thats right. So, I use all in one and thats trillian supports AIM, ICQ, Yahoo and MSN.

Well it's difficult to pinpoint one out of them as a favourite. I have used all three and all of them have good features and easy interface.

Yeah, its depend upon the customers preference the way they want to contact you, btw MSN is my preferred choice as its works fine for me.

I also like MSN.
Trillian definately makes it easy if you are on multiple networks such as AIM, ICQ, MSN, and Yahoo.

I love IM but from a productivity point of view its a nightmare

So I stick to MSN...and IRC....and Google Chat.....and Yahoo.......its a good job I suffer from NADD .
