not sure if Philip had given his livechat login to the new staff members recently added in vps department but I will talk to him tomorrow and get back to you.

Hello Dan,

I had a word with Philip and he said that he was alone in the morning and he had to deal with multiple chats in vps department. When you questioned he thought your vps was getting rebooted every night due to some configuration error on our end and thats why he said no.

He realized his mistake and gave necessary information to complete that chat asap. I don't see anything that went wrong due to this chat as it happened due to miscommunication but in the end everything was properly sorted by Philip.

it is quite clear that confusion was there in the beginning of chat but then Philip got everything sorted with perfection.
