No messages when using POP3 protocol, IMAP/Webmail work fine?

Here's how to fix this when you're using a new VPS:

- Edit /etc/xinet.d/popa3d and set disable=yes
- Edit /etc/xinet.d/popa3ds and set disable=yes
- /etc/init.d/xinetd restart
- In CPanel restart both Mail Server (Exim) and POP3 Server

This appeared to be necessary because webhosting.uk.com is using CentOS/Virtuozzo for their VPS's. This means that these popa3d/popa3ds services are enabled by default (but they should really be disabled).

This problem was driving me nuts, because at first I was seeing all my emails when using Webmail/IMAP but with POP3 there weren't any messages.
