Choosing best reseller hosting provider is critical point to consider, the hosting company from whom you buy reseller plan must be a top quality reseller with a good reputation, good support and preferably provide a knowledge base, that release your burden of customer support. The reseller plan from webhosting.uk.com comes with a package of all these quality, I am sure about this.

I have had a good reseller experience. This company provides in-house support and their prices are not very high.

In-house support is an essential thing in running web hosting.

As well as custom-branded servers.

What do you mean by that?
Custom-branded means they can't be identified as your mainstream provider's servers.

Custom-branded servers are usually offered in white-label services.

Yes, the white-label concept is really very interesting and if properly used can be very successful, supermarkets are a good example of white labelling.
However in the world of hosting it's really difficult to apply, as it's always possible to track the original provider using different IP lookup services. So my idea is if everyone wants to know whose servers he's hosted at, it won't be a problem, and what really makes your clients stay with you is the quality of your service.
That what makes me use webhosting.uk.com services, I'm on shared plan, but know they provide custom-branded servers for their resellers.

If you don't want other people to know you are reselling, go for dedicated reselling, this will give you more security, but will add support to your responsibilities. I know that among dedicated hosting reselling webhosting.uk.com is one of the most recommended.

Possibly he mean this;

When some one "buy fully supported product from another source, then applies its own brand and identity to it, and sells it as its own product. The purchaser assumes the seller is selling its own product".

Reading your posts, it sounds like they have their own in-house control panels, with white labelling, full reseller control and servers.. all owned by them aswell as custom branded panels.

is it only me to find this topic making no sense ?

I've done good amount of editing in this thread and so far nothing original has left in this thread.

I think there's a team over here which gets paid for posting on forums for other hosting companies. All using different Proxy IPs as none of them seems to be using genuine ISP IP address for posting over here. This guys have posted over 5 times and every other thread from them includes URL of another hosting company which is modified by me and other mods.

Most likely, although they are wasting their money in a sense of reality.
