Default cPanel 11

Anyone using cPanel 11?
Just wondering what your thoughts were on the design.

I think the tutorials are very good and add quality to the overall package, just not sure if the design is a little too 'flash' and more difficult to navigate around

I am

We had changed theme of all accounts on our shared servers before 2 months and all customers have cpanel 11 now. cPanel has managed to include many new features in cpanel 11 and this new x3 skin proves cpanel to be the best control panel in hosting industry.

v11 is nice. You certainly don't want to be on older versions than that as they had an exploit allowing all the server index files to be changed.

Following are the new feature included in cpanel-11 which are very helpful for us:

Enhanced Security ( Public Key Authentication, Enhanced XSS Protection, cPHulk Brute Force Detection)
Advance Features ( Web Disk Access, Email user filters )
Improved Design ( 10 Included Interface Styles, faster loading)
cPanel Plugins ( Ruby on Rails Support, Perl, PHP, and Ruby Module Installer, PHP Configuration Editor) etc....

It seems that this latest version of cPanel-11 has came with good performance and improvements

I prefer it - the old cpanel seemed a bit a mess to me.

Yeah. People dont accept changes when they cross a specific age. It has taken long time for me to explain nature of my Business to my Dad.

Similar thing is applicable on some of our old staff members as they don't accept new version of softwares or new techniques of work while young boys immediately adapt themselves to new technology and concepts.

Adapting to new gadgets and toys, thats what young boys love

Although i am only young yet i still prefer the old version of cPanel, the loading times are faster than the new version and overall iv'e adapted to that version, look and feel for a very long time.

Yea, for IT sector it is necessary to adopt the newer and latest technology to sustain with the work flow and process, as technology is radically changing the competitive field. The new version are easier to use and it always has some extra features.
