Default The best payment gateway?

Does anybody know a better payment gateway rather than PayPal. Usually one that processes credit / debit cards and one that is compaitable with WHMCS?

I cant find any, if you know of any have you had a recent experience with them. Were they good, top quality uptime ensured?

I thought PayPal was the same as Google Checkout as PayPal is owned by Google, eBay and Skype?

eBAY Inc is a completely different company which owns paypal. Google Launched Google Checkout to compete with the Giants like Paypal.

Skype is owned by google but eBAY Inc is completely different from Google.

And if i'm correct, after doing some research it appears that google owns half of PayPal and eBay owns the other half.

DAMN IT!! My paypal account is now limited because I accepted donation of a porno site!!

I can't send/receive/withdraw - nothing!
I'm hoping there's an alternate way... there's not alot that accept
2checkout, worldpay, moneybookers

Plus don't you have to pay to get a 2checkout account?

Removed the limitation.. and they say I must refund my customers... I had no idea what they we're on about!
They often lose any positions they had reinforced in a debate when they bring up and claim with no foundation
or previous credible evidence

Paypal are truly pathetic to the fullest extent...

To pay 2Checkout.com the following amount $ 49.00 USD in accordance with your choice
of payment method.

Anyone know if this is a one time fee to use 2checkout or what is it for?
Sorry for being a newbie..
