Default Customer Support

Hi there, once again.. another problem with customer support, i realy think some kind of training.. or even spelling/english lessons are in order for your CS team..

This is the transcript from just a min ago (I've changed the Customer support's name, but i will PM to admin if needed)

They need to listern to the customer, i know im not that good with words..and i may not be the perfect speller.. but still im sure they should be able to understand what im going on right?
