Billing system for web hosting

I could not seem to find a free billing system for webhosting. I tried PHPCOin but there are limitations. I tried using Clientexec but it is only free for some web host providers if it is packaged with a hosting reseller account. Any recommendations?

I used to use PHPCoin, and once I got the hang of it because it is quite complicated to figure out, I thought it was great! Especially with the WHM mod. It creates acounts and hosting accounts on the fly. The only limitation i found was with paypal, not been able to add on extra costs to the fimal price. (if they wanted to purchase domain name with hosting package)

I searched for quite some time and never found any other free ones that were worth using

We offer hostingcontroller control panel on some of our windows servers and it has got a nice inbuilt billing system. We are in process of launching a billing system quite similar to modernbill which will be free for our customers but our development firm based in India has lost their interest in it and it has been left incomplete after finishing 95% of the coding work.

We are trying to get it completed as soon as possible as it has got only validation problems left which is considered as designing part.

I don't think that there is fully free billing software. You have to pay for something, little but still ...
