I have bene on Linux VPS and have decided to switch to Windows VPS, using more ram for the Windows VPS I have the teamspeak server doesn't last a day.
The CPU willl run over 50% if I load up task manager, I get exception data when simply installatin or running basic applications, I get MySQL Dump Exception because the MySQL size is very low, I get 70% Whole system usage resource when I'm in Plesk Cpanel and simply upload files...

Everytime I wake up and I go into my remote desktop; everything is just shut down... Well to me it's no fair at all as I spoke to a web team and said

Just like my windows machine can I install/run softwares? I have this game server it only takes a little cpu that I run on my machine and only uses 10% of my CPU..

They said yes indeed you can run your halo game server just like how I run it on your windows machine..

So I run it and I get an exception data.. frrom plesk cpanel ( I know CSS Game server won't work as this takes a lot of CPU usage) but I prefer to test of course it's normal for it to go up then straight down but no exception data... I am 100% I set this up correctly.

3 People on the teamspeak server; another one joins and say "Hell.."
then "Your conncetion to the server has been terminated" I go into black zone oh no... etc

Now they say "Sorry you can't run halo game server on my windows vps just how I run it on my windows" Just wasted funds.. but sorry I am leaving and probably joining eukhost or webfusion I'm not wasting my time/money here any more. Why you say something that never comes true; Also I told another host to do a test run on their vps machines and it worked, they are able to install and running softwares without the cpu hitting the black zone or it being sucessfull ..

Well all I can say is go for the Linux VPS not the Windows you get all problems.. Linux VPS is good. And if you are saying why I switch to Windows. The main reason is because I really wanted to run halo game sever like they said I can but now I just get this noinsance.

I have 512GB RAM PENTIUM 4 PROCESSOR -> Load the game server it's 5-10% with 8 players!
Here 800MB RAM Reasonable Processor -> What would be the damn problem? You see it's this damn thing I don't understand... Machine delays they are damn useless machines no offence.

Game server applications will never function properly on a windows vps. Both Windows and Linux node's run on similar hardware but windows uses too many resources in comparison with Linux and system lag in windows goes on getting worst hour after hour. Its not like Linux where you can leave the server working for months or more than a year without reboot.

You should at least consider a dedicated linux server or dedicated windows server to run your gaming applications. You hold our company responsible everytime things go wrong but you should see that we have never advertised anywhere that gaming applications work with vps plans.
