Default DNS check reports
When I run checks, I find that I am being warned that I have:- Open dns Servers, I have Single Point Failure and that my Nameservers are at the same Location. Should I be concerned by this?

Nope. There's nothing to be worried about this. Those are general warning given by DNS stuff but makes no difference to your website or security of server.
