I would say Linux, It's open source and has traditionally been believed to be very stable and robust.

I'd say linux, unless you need specific features or applications that are only available on the Windows platform.

I'd prefer linux bcoz it is open source, hosting fees are cheaper and the servers are generally more reliable.

I would go for linux because its the best, windows only if I need ASP or ASP.net

i say linux i really never tryed the windows hosting but i"ll stick to linux for ever since am used to it and know much stuff about it :p
