Hi,
Is it possible you could make a server stats page? So we know when the server would be down, because I was just half way of uploading a 3gb zipped file and the server went down Really does annoy me when this happens. Thanks! Karim. |

Hello Karim,
You have a VPS so you will need to install monitoring script for your vps. Node had no problems in last 1 month so there must have been some problem on your vps itself. Cpanel enforces its upload limits at the time of installation and you cannot upload any file bigger than 2 GB. Please communicate with our vps support team for further troubleshooting.

Not sure about the technical part. You will need to communicate with our vps support department as our forum team has less knowledge on technical aspects of vps technology.
Our system admins work through helpdesk only and their main priority is to take care of the tickets.

3 GB zip file can never be uploaded on a cpanel server. There's nothing wrong in node or vps configuration but this setting is forced by cpanel as well as apache 1.
There's no other way to upload any single file greater than 2 GB.
