I think I have found the answer out for myself. It looks like only RVSkin has the language options and I don't think it is installed on the Webhosting.uk servers, pity.

We don't have RVSkin on our shared servers. We can install RVSkin on our reseller hosting servers as per your request.

Please let me know if you have a cpanel hosting account or reseller hosting account and whats the IP address of the server.

Administrator, I have had another enquiry about RVSkin, does it take long to get it installed?

RVSkin has been installed on the server and assigned to your account.

Many Thanks Administrator, I am always impressed by the Service I get with Webhosting UK, I hope it continues like this in 2007 and that you get the success you deserve. Just one thing. I am new to this so a bit green so to speak. I see that RVSkin is now in cPanel fine, but should it not also be in the WHM Panel?

Sorry Administrator my fault, I have found the addon option in WHM Panel for RVSkin. I am going to have to spend some time working everything out. Many thanks again.

You can assign theme to a package while creating that package. Your customers can also change their themes from their control panel.

You will need to work for some time on RVSkin to understand it completely but its just a matter of few minutes.

Admin, since changing the Theme to RVSkin I seem to have lost the Addon, Subdomain and FTP Manager icons. I asked Live Chat about this, but I always seem to time out before getting an answer. Is it likely that I have lost these Icons or am I doing something wrong? I also seem to have a problem when I click Create an account. I get told I do not have access to create that package (0)! It seems I have to create a package first.

I thought that I could give Clients their own cPanel, with options to Addon Domains, and that they would have ftp Manager and that they could point their DNS to my personal nameservers, is this correct? I ask because if I have lost the icons described above I am worried that they will not get them with their Cpanel

This options should be there. I will have one of our system admins to look into this and enable the missing options.

Thanks Admin. The options were there before when I was using x theme. I created two Addons which still work OK but don't now show in WHM. Also in WHM there is a package still showing even though I deleteted it. Selecting Delete again showns no Packages even though it still shows in Accounts. I would appreciate someone taking a look. Many Thanks.

Admin I think I have sorted it myself now. I didn't realise that i needed to edit my main Domain through the WHM Page. After editing I found that the Addon Icons were back on my cPanel Page as was my FTP Manager icon. However I am still not sure that I am doing everything right. If I set up an webhosting account for a client can I just tell him to point his DNS to the same personal nameservers that I use?
