I apologize for the delay in response. We got our server upgraded yesterday as the server started overloading due to modernbill crons. Forum thread notifications were not reaching our mailboxes and I was busy with the upgrade process to ensure it went smoothly.

Thanks Admin. Couple of questions - I notice that on setting up a new hosting account I received an e-mail with the details, is an e-mail also sent directly to the Client? Also the e-mail I received showed the redbackinternetl nameservers, not the personal nameservers, is this normal?

Most of our customers find it difficult to setup their private nameservers so we provide them with our nameservers. Those who have knowledge of private nameservers can get those registered and inform our support team to make necessary changes in reseller account configuration for your account.
If you have registered your private nameservers then contact our billing team and we will make necessary changes in your WHM. Email address that you enter at the time of account setup will get a default notification of account creation. Once you have your private nameservers added in your reseller configuration then the customers will see your nameservers in the account creation notification.
