The benefit of having a dynamic website is that it stays fresh and up to date with your visitors while requiring less manual work (although monitoring to make sure it is updating correctly is always a good idea).

Absolutely! A business website has to be updated regularly with product information in the form of blogs, pictures, videos etc.; this is not possible with a static website. Therefore a dynamic website is always preferable.

You can even update your static website very frequently but it's just the daunting task compared to updating dynamic websites

In my opinion, every business should have a dynamic website. It is easy to update such website with new content and the visitors will stay on the website for a longer time only if the content is regularly updated.
