I have just got some1 to build me a site but i need to add a page using cpanel can any1 tell me how i go about it.

Just to put pictures on and writing?

You can upload the images and web pages through File Manager which is available in your cpanel control panel. You can login in your cpanel and locate the "File Manager" icon.
