Default How do I change my template?

I have a webstie up but I don't like the template. Is there any free software that I can use to create a template?? I don't know much about HTML so the software should be easy to understand and it shouldn't require any HTML knowledge. And when I am finished creating a template how do I upload and change from the one that I am using? Will the new template affect the script in any way??

Any suggestion would be helpful.

Hi,

Macromedia Dreamweaver is a good piece of software to use. If you just want basic html and you are the slightest bit better then use Microsoft frontpage.

Alternitavely you can use RVSitebuilder.

You can try "RVSitebuilder" which is offered free with shared hosting plans, it's very easy to use even a noob without any coding knowledge would be able to develop his site. you can upload your website/template using any ftp client program.

Default Learn HTML ~ youll benefit more

Ide say yes use some of the HMTL editors such as Dreamweaver but you'd do much better by learning some html and then you can reduce the size of the files by taking out all the crappy code that these programs put in.

When you learn how HTML works or more specifically xHTML then you can better your chances of getting listed on search engines because you will soon learn what they like so you can then incorporate SEO into your code. Using semantics and LSI you can then improve the rankings for your pages and all this because you took the time to learn a little about how xHTML works.

Check out my article on LSI and how Google reads your web pages. Click on my link in my sig and go to my site map which you will find at the foot of my home page. I also have built some pretty good site tools for you to test your site.

enjoy
