Which software or editor do you use to make css layouts. I think most of people are using css layouts now for their websites. So I want to learn how to make css layouts. Is there any builder or software to make this css layouts?

Some WYSIWYG editors claim to create valid CSS with varying degrees of success. Dreamweaver isn't bad, Microsoft's Expression Web is OK but in the end none of them do a good enough job to replace hand-coding your CSS. You don't need any special editor, just Notepad or a decent text editor.

If you're feeling more adventurous you could download Eclipse and get the PHP extension and the Aptana extension. This gives you a really good coding environment for (X)HTML, PHP and CSS plus many other languages.
