downloading script blocked by .htaccess

I have two files that I have been trying to download but I am lead to believe that .htaccess is blocking it. I have been told that it is impossible by someone and I do beleave them, but I'm wondering if anyone knows anything which may help be download these scripts/files.

The files are
http://driver.uk.ubi.com/00_xml/global/playlist.xml
http://driver.uk.ubi.com/info.php

and it may say file not found, but I know it's their because it was embedded in something else. and if you go back a directory in the first one is say forbidden.

So hopefully someone can help me out in downloading these files .

What do the files contain?

there's no way to download files protected using .htaccess

you need to bypass security settings of webserver to achieve what you are looking for.
