Default CSS help

At this moment, I own a game website, hosting many pages of the same layout. However, if i ever want to change the layout colours, I have to change each html document separately.

I use a style sheet for the fonts, is it possible to use one to control the tables and the rest of the layout?

Basically, I want one style sheet, which when linked to can control my entire site, so that when i change the CCS it changes the whole site

Yes you can link or import an external stylesheet to control just about every aspect of the appearance of your site. The W3C have a series of excellent CSS tutorials.
