Default utube script
Is there anything which exists so I can develop a site for a community I belong to so they can sign up and post videos just as in YouTube.

Only needs capacity for 10-20 new videos a week.

I think you cannot limit the number of uploads for your visitors but can limit the uploading file size so that your server don't get overloaded...

Video sharing scripts are highly priced so you need to look for some paid script available online. So far I've never come across any such script on any other website I've browsed.
