Well My Vote Goes For PHPWebsite

Because I'm Currently Using It, And It Works Great!

But Unfortently I Haven't Tested The Other Content Management Systems

So I Don't Know A Lot About It, But My Vote Goes For PHP Website!

Depnding on your requirement, IMO, Joomla is suitable for creating personal and business websites, however if you are planning for corporate site you may consider either mambo or typo3 both are suitable for even complex corporate sites.

I guess it's relative, all the CMS are different, so if one of them suits your needs well, it will be best.

I used to use Mambo before it forked and have used Joomla after the fork - both were good but Joomla has more devs now. I've used PostNuke as well (I even bought a book on it ) but these days they all seem horribly over the top for what most people need.

Most of the customers install Joomla and Mambo on our servers. I am not sure if others are better but Joomla, Mambo, Xoops, Typo3, phpwebsite, Drupal are quite popular and people might be choosing one of those as per their requirement.
