Hello, I have a question...How can I build templates? They don't seem like they would be so hard and you can get lots of money from it...So I wish to know how...

A template could just be an (X)HTML page with associated CSS and images, it doesn't have to be specific to an application.

Having said that there are lots of Web apps that require specially formatted templates, normally a mix of (X)HTML, CSS and a server-side language. There are even templating systems designed to do exactly this (e.g. Smarty for PHP).
