Default CGI or PHP?
CGI or PHP, which do you think is better?

What do you use on your "sending an email script"? I used to use cgi but has then moved on to using php. So i'd pick PHP these days except for the spam problem, that's why I suggest you use spam block feature to go with it. Php tagboard is a very used script as well.
