No or slow connection

Hi,

Live chat are offering me no help on this and I'm hoping someone else has hitthe same issues.

Approx. 3 weeks ago my Hyper V server stopped allowing ftp connections from FileZilla. Very weird but what the hell, I installed some new ftp software and everything worked again.

Then I started getting intermittent problems which:
1. Stops me from getting any RDP access to the server
2. Stops FTP uploads (downloads are fine)
3. Plesk control web interface painfully slow and sometimes returning "Cannot dispaly page"

I wanted to rule out connection issues at my end so I tried connecting to my semi-dedicated server (also hosted by WHUK). I am having no issues and my original FTP software is working fine.

This is mega urgent as I am currently in a position where I do not have access to the server and cannot upload any client websites.

This I think would point very strongly to it being a server related or network issue at WHUK's end.

Has anyone had a similar problem and how did they go about fixing it.

Hi,

Someone did respond but basically saying "we can connect so no issue"

THERE REALLY IS AN ISSUE.

I cannot connect to the server.

Support do not seem willing to check into this properly.

Where does that leave me? In a really difficult position.

I was unable to locate any account in our system with the email you have used here. Do you have hosting from us? If yes, kindly PM me your registered email ID so I can get the issue sorted.
