VPS Hosting solution for high traffic hosting

I am looking out for an optimum VPS hosting solution for the following criteria:

My website comprises of static files and simple PHP scripts
Databases are not required
File size of each request is small
The hosting plan has to be capable of a large amount of traffic and concurrent connections

These requirements are a bit unusual, but anyone got suggestions for such environment?

In accordance with the information mentioned by you I would suggest you to opt for the basic VPS hosting plan. For Linux – Starter Linux VPS Hosting Plan and for Windows – Win VPS Starter Plan. You can start hosting on any of these plans and they can be upgraded later based on your requirements. Please let me know if you are looking for any specific hosting configurations.
