Default What Are The advantages of Plesk over DNP

Here is a one advantage

Third Party support: Plesk also allows for the use of third-party applications which will allow you to configure your Plesk installation to function exactly the way you want it to, right down to which applications are used for specific services that are important to the running of the websites which you are hosting – for example, Plesk uses the MailEnable mail server by default, but you may wish to use the SmarterMail email server and webmail interface so that you are able to make use of the extra features, and SmarterMail is just one of several email servers supported by Plesk.

Prices: Plesk control panel is cheaper than the DNP if your hosting provider is using Virtuozzo based VPS hosting platform. Since both Plesk and Virtuozzo are from same manufacture hence you can get added discount on Plesk if you have Virtuozzo.

Both DotNetPanel & Plesk control panels comprise of different structures and management interface. However the Plesk control panel offers with a good interface for managing the sub-domains and email accounts as compared to DotnetPanel.

Dotnetpanel is easier to use for newbies and hence we offer Dotnetpanel control panel with our shared and reseller hosting plans. When it comes to VPSs and higher packages, we offer Plesk control panel as it's considered to be more stable and offers better performance.

I agree that Plesk is a very stable control panel. As Plesk secures the HTTP (HTTPS) protocol, the communication between the user and the server is encrypted. Plesk also provides with additional security measures as it enables the administrator to restrict control panel access only for some IP addresses.

Hello........
we can say that This one is hard to handle and hard to explain as opinions are divided here. This could be probably compared to the epic fight between the Intel and AMD processors but on a lower scale. Plesk and DNP are control panels used for administrating your servers whether it is a shared hosting, VPS or dedicated server.

Well, IMO both the control panels are equally efficient and offer excellent features. Though year 2009 / 2010 were slightly bad due to several bugs in DotNetPanel, but they have worked really hard on the bugs and now its becoming significantly more popular for Windows users. And due to its pricing, simplicity and the quality of user interface it could be considered as one of the best control panel for Windows hosting.
