Unhappy Vps slow

Hey,

After ask for a OS change my VPS is runing with a poor performance.
I was using Windows 2008 x32, and asked for change to Windows 2008 x64, for a idea in my laptop using VMWare i can update same OS in less of 10 min while in the VPS server is taking 1 hour or more, download is fast but the install seems i`m on Pentium 200 Mhz...

My laptop Spec:

Pentium Core 2 Duo 2.0 Ghz
4 GB RAM

I did a test with same OS using VMWare with this spec:

1 Processor 2 cores
1 GB RAM (less of the VPS)

Then i confirmed the poor performance of VPS...
There other issue i noticed too, my windows isnt activated, so i need know if after fix this issue (poor performance) theres a risk i lose all my setup in 60 days (when the activation expires).

Other problem is the VPS network, i asked for 3 Network Interface Card (NIC) because i will have this scenario:

1 NIC for VPN
1 NIC for SSL-RDP
1 NIC for Websites

But always when i try change the ips of default NIC my RDP broken, and using the chat the only option is reset for the defaults or get the answer: You should use plesk...

I choose buy the VPS plan from webhosting because the professional free support, this professional free support imo should help do the things without plesk (since plesk is a front end runing some OS scripts using IIS - or in other words any IT professional should be able to do samething).

If possible i wanna ask for set the IPs using the structure above, i already named the NICs.

My last question is about a disccount for purchase 2 other VPS without external IP, those extra VPS i would use to install AD and a mailserver, i think dont need be something so powerfull, but something like WinVPS BUSINESS should be enough (because HD space windows take 11GB without updates and i cant imagine how someone using WinVPS STARTER gonna do something after updates...)

Those extra VPS i would access using a RDP inside of my current VPS (RDP insie of RDP).

3 VPS should be a good setup for me, offcourse if dont become so expensive, my idea is have a small structure for develop some web apllications with friends (using VPN) and host those applications and my personal websites. The magic is have this costing less of a dedicated server

Talking

NIC Setup solved, i did a bat with this:

netsh interface ip set address name="LAN" source=static addr=XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX mask=XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX gateway=XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
netsh interface ip set address name="Remote-SSL" source=static addr=XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX mask=XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX gateway=XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
netsh interface ip set address name="WAN" source=static addr=XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX mask=XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX gateway=XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
shutdown /r

XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX are the IPs of my structure ;-p

After run the bat, windows restarted with the IP on respective nics
