Default Nameserver configuration

I'm checking if I have done this correctly (I couldn't find it clearly stated in either the knowledgebase or the forum):

I have added host records of ns3.mydomain.net and ns4.mydomain.net with my domain registrar and given them the two ip addresses associated with my VPS.

In cPanel, I have put ns3.mydomain.net and ns4.mydomain.net as the default nameservers (in Basic cPanel/WHM Setup).

Under 'Networking Setup' and 'Nameserver IPs" I have assigned ns3.mydomain.net to my first IP, and ns4.mydomain.net to my second IP.

Have I done everything right? Is there anything else I need to do? Will this 'reverse lookup'?

Many thanks in anticipation!

('mydomain' isn't really my domain!)

Hello,

The setting which you have mentioned are correct, but this settings will not add Reverse lookup for your server IP address.
To add reverse lookup you need to contact support admins or PM me your server IP address and the domain where you want to point your reverse look. I will add it for you.

Many thanks - that's reassuring.

I tried to PM you, but it wouldn't allow it, so have sent a ticket to admin.

Thanks.

Hello Alex,

I have setup the Revers DNS, as you mentioned in your ticket.
