Nameserver Problem

Hi All.
I have a .com domain which is registered with 1and1 but when I enter my plesk VPS private nameserver settings I get the following error below the "Primary name server" input field.

The name server is not sufficient or hasn't been approved.

The nameserver settings work fine the the .co.uk version of the domain plus my other .co.uk domains but not my .com domains, anyone any idea's

Hello Simon,

In order to use name servers at domain registrar panel, first you have to create those at domain registrar panel and after that you can use the same one for your domain name.

Could you please let us know if you are trying to use our name servers which we have provided in the welcome email or private name servers?

Hi Scott.
Yes I am using the ones provided in my welcome email, as I say they work fine with any .co.uk domain but I get the above mentioned error on all .com domains ?
