How many time between payment confirmation and vpn availabilty ?

Hello,

I don't know if the vpn creation/usage is an automated process or a manual one.
How many time does it usually takes between the payment confirmation email and the VPN availability ?

Hi,

We do have automatic as well as manual deployment of the virtual private servers (VPS), it depends on what exact was ordered & the applications which are needed to be pre-installed on it.

A plain (non-control panel) server will be readied instantly without any delays

If a VPS with was ordered with cPanel or Plesk control panel, it'd not take more than an hour to complete the installation.

I've ordered a "Linux VPS Hosting - LINUX VPS STARTER" with just an Ubuntu.
Then I guess it should be available anytime soon ? (It's "Pending")

One weird thing is that for the domain field I read "yourdomain.com." but I assume it's temporary until I link my domain name to it. (For a minute I feared that I had forgotten a field in the order

)

Hello,

The order shall be processed, soon after the verification process gets completed.

And regarding the domain filed, Yes it's temporary until you link the domain name i.e until you add the domain name for your VPS.

Did I missed something ?
The invoice is marked as "paid" both in the email and in the logs (about 13 hours ago).
The system is a plain Ubuntu without any option so it is supposed to be automated, isn't it ?
