Looking for mSQl 2005 SE, Workgroup or Enterprise

mSQL type: Standard Edition, Workgroup or Enterprise.
-Current db is: 15mb in mSQL 2005 SE
-db space requirements: Minimum 300MB, ability to upgrade in the future
Budget: up to $49.99/month
-50gig of bandwidth or so.. it is a new project.
-Remote access from in-house web server and/or other data centers.
-Ability to use my own LICENSE mSQL 2005 management console
-I control my own DNS and I simply want to create an A record to the hoster. It is ok if an IP is required.
-Great support if case of emergency.
-Multiple uplink providers
-Strong mSQL, .NET experience
-USA, CANADA or MEXICO data center only

Can somebody refer me to a provider that can offer RESELLER plans and/or VPS plans?

I have contacted several companies here and many of them have misrepresented themselves by saying and writing nice web pages that they support mSQL 2005 but I later find out that they mean the free mSQL express version. I am not interested in that version since my current 15MB db is in mSQL 2005 SE.
