VPS down 2nd time in one week

My site has been down for more than 3 hours today. It was down for over 2 last week. Both of these times are at peak for my customers. How does one get compensation? If anyone visits my site now they wil NOT come back! What exactly is the 99.95% uptime guarentee?

I have searched your vps's details in our billing but unfortunately I am unable to find those there.
Please let us know your vps server IP address for further investigation.

Main hardware node is unable to boot because of hardware problem. Our admin is working on it to get this sorted out fully.

Hi,

Just to update you that we are re-installing windows OS on secondary hard drive, as primary one is not booting up with server. We will keep you updated.

The Issue has been fixed on the Main Node and all the VPS are working fine. Please open a support ticket if you are facing any problem we will investigate further and sort out the issue.
