If you are on linux, you should have logs in /var/log/
If you are on windows, you should have logs in the System Log, under Admin Tools.

Thats probably your best place to start.

I do not have access to Administrator logs. The administrator is unavailable at this time to be able to check the logs.

Hi Grant,

You are using INNODB on your semi dedicated server which is creating this problems. A forceful MySQL upgrade will fix this problem.

Please let me know if we can proceed with a Forceful MySQL upgrade from our side. You can do this from your side by simply executing following command from SSH :-

/scripts/mysqlup --force
