Default Problems with VPS

Is anyone else having a problem with their VPS this morning?

I could not access Plesk, then my VPS went down. Now is is so slow that it is unusable.

Also the support does not appear to be the usual high standard as I am getting no feedback.

Default Update

Really struggling.

My VPS is working but so slow that it is almost unusable. Also I cannot connect to it using Remote Desktop or Plesk.

I am unable to get an update from the support team despite sending multiple emails, 2 live chat sessions where the operators stop responding and a telephone call where I was asked to use the live chat.

Anyone else having problems?

It may be your internet which is running slow, all services on the website node are running fine on my end.

No, my internet connection was fine and also services on the VPS were timing out because the VPS was running so slow. Also, when I tried to access Plask, it attempted to connect then displayed an error mesage so there was definitely a problem with the VPS.
However, it now seems to be working as I can access it using remote desktop and also Plesk.
I understand that there can be problems but my complaint is that the support is usually of a very high standard but today I was left waiting on live chats were the operators just left the conversation and I have not received any emails keeping me in the loop. This is unusual for Web Hosting UK.

Regards
Lee
