Hi,

I've heard via Live Support that it's not possible to download using RDP because of the security settings.. is this true?

* Never mind, I guess Michael was a little lost as I just had to add
this to the trusted sites.

I would reccomend downloading Firefox on your RDP, i have a few issues with IE

I don't have any issues with IE. Except it's a little annoying when you have to keep allowing sites for each visit. Does firefox work the same like that?

Nope, firefox allows all websites

oo webhosting uk is faster than web fusions My ping is much lower and yeah firefox is also faster than IE during downloading/surfing.
