OK we've had a go but already run out of patience
Live chat when asking questions are rapid, where you are let down is after that, the account was set up, whm didn't have half the functions, we couldn't create accounts, support took hours to reply,
they moved the sites over as promised, no problem there, the trouble is the old bandwidth settings have moved over as well, I'm now told you don't allow "limit bandwidth functions" so how do i change the bandwidth?

Sorry guys not helpful, just glad I dindn't close the account at the previous host, now closing the account here.

I've just gone to change nameservers at 123 reg for one of the sites it comes up with a message ns1.***.co.uk may not exist. also when i do a whois it still shows up as redbackinternet.net
Support told me this had been sorted out, it shows in whm correctly, am i supposed to do something else

Each Name Server has to be registered. The name server can be only registered at the Domain Registrar where the actual domain name is registered.

The name server registration for .co.uk domain name is different for different control panels of Domain Registrar. You may send the request to 123 Reg for the registration of your Private Name Servers.

Please provide the name servers and their respective IP address to your Domain Registrar to get the name servers registered. If you do not have the information of the IP addresses, then please send an email to billing [@] webhosting.uk.com requesting for the IP addresses for Private Name Server.

As an update, I spoke to George on livehelp, he sorted everything out our dot com websites and dot co dot uk sites are all showing and running rapidly, anyone thinking about signing up, the servers are rapid
