Well impressed, a suggestion with the ticket side, it doesn't seem to pick up the style sheet from the main site at least not for me anyway

There is no other quick and efficient way to support a person on live chat expect of Forums conversation, Facebook conversation, Company account conversation, Yahoo messenger, Hotmail and Mobile chat.
