As i can imagine, you have lots of international customers, even at the other side of the world. Physical contact is not possible and the main disadvantage is that some international customers (like me) sometimes feel uncertain. For example i could say that one day you could suddenly drop all your servers without any prior notice because your business is not doing very well (extreme huh?). I am pretty satisfied by your services and i already have 4
dedicated servers with you and i suppose that your business is doing well, but you never know...
If i have physical contact, when such a major problem occurs, then i try to find the responsible and have a little face to face talk. But now this is not possible and this is what makes me uncertain.
So, what's my suggestion? You could make your international clients feel more safe and secure if you could put some up-to-date company news in your website informing people about your company's development. For example you could mention how many servers you are managing right now, new cooperations etc.
I saw your blog, but this is not a blog, it is actually a technical support resource.
Could you do such a thing? Also some names and possibly some pictures of your staff should be a good idea.
