Suggestion regarding your company's (webhosting.uk.com) status

Anyway, during the last 9 years i am in the web hosting business i always find "bad" people criticizing web hosting services in forums. Believe me, Cassie's case is the most gentle and soft of all. If this is the only customer who criticizes you in your forums, then this is a true advertisement. Please let it be

Actually the reason i started this thread was that i own some dedicated servers with you with critical websites on them and i had to make sure that webhosting.uk.com is a serious business with serious people in administration which is not going to vanish one day unplugging all the servers... That is why i am asking more details about you, i am not a spy or anything. The more credentials you are going to give me, the more servers i am going to bring you

We host servers for United Nations and some well known real estate and telecom companies from Middle East, one of our UK customer is among top 500 companies in world. These well known Organizations follow typical procedure to check background of a vendor before adding them in their vendor list.

I'll need to seek permission from some of our customers before disclosing their information. I will send an email to you with details of our top 10 customers.

We don't have any single person who dominates our operations. Each member of our management team looks only after his department and important decisions are taken only once we all agree for the same. Our company was never designed to allow any single person to dominate. Problems arise only when one or two people try to ripoff the company and disappear with all money earned by the company. 8 people can't think of destruction together, unless they get influenced by someone like Osama.

I fully agree with Cassie that an email should have been issued to all clients before FP ex were turned off, even if you weren't able to give any prior warning, but this is just one issue of many.

Admin - Yes venting my anger on here certainly helps but it is usually in frustration with not getting anywhere with your customer support. I have only ever turned to the Forum when I hit a dead end with CS - or lack of it.

John - I am hardly constantly posting - I don't have time. I AM only staying because I don't have time to check out other hosters. I have been burned before by "jumping from the frying pan into the fire" and therefore "better the devil you know". If it wasn't for this forum and the good people on here, like jon123, I would have left a long while ago.

I am absolutely appalled however that you would suggest that certain members (I assume you mean Kev Woodman) left because of me. I have been in contact with him since he left and I can state most definitely it was your customer service and not me that forced him to leave.

As for the transparent forums - only when you want them to be. I have copies of many posts that have been removed. And it has always seemed suspicious to me (and others that have PM'ed me) that 'testimonials' seem to surface when you have a problem. Also that you can't reply to those testimonials.

For those that know about my health problems I can now report that the thyroid tumour was benign and after months of trial and error my medication is more or less sorted. I will be on medication for the rest of my life and have put on a couple of stone due to the thyroid not working but things can only get better for me now.

Anyway - keep bitching - it IS entertaining - and they say women are bitchy - they have nothing on you men !!
