Default Automated IP Blocking A Touch Strict?

Hello All,
Today I signed up for a Linux reseller acc.

To cut a long story short I have been blocked by the server 3 times requiring me to jump on live chat and wait to have the block removed.

I can understand the need for the blocking but don't you think your being a bit restrictive.

I was told I was blocked because I had multiple logins from the same IP, while this was true i'm migrating quite a few accounts over so I need to be doing multiple actions on diffrent accounts otherwise it would take weeks.

Anyway apart from that the servers and my apps are zippping along nicely

Regards,
Fuzz
