ftp improvement ?

Have noticed if more than 8 users try to ftp on a server you cannot upload which can be a bit of a grind when trying updating your sites.i understand 8 users is the max at the moment but servers can hold more than 300+sites.

How also noticed sites become unavailable ie browser timeout website not available ?for up to 30 min while a users have updated sites and applies for every site on same server. This does seam to be a regular problem thing for me and support just says no irregular load or users on the server which is my only complaint with the service.
Any chance looking into it

I've got to say, I USED to have this problem, and a friend still does... It will be interesting to see where this goes
