There really isn't a link to the forums on the main site apart from the small one at the bottom, maybe make the link near the top or replace one of the following with a link to the forums

HOME | ABOUT US | CONTACT US | LOGIN

Just a suggestion, maybe more people would take notice

True, maybe on the other side of the banner, intact alignment with the LiveSupport logo have a similar logo to the forums
