virtual hammer required - ADMIN?
Once again I had hoped to seek a quick resolve with chat support.
But once again they are trying to second guess the problem.
Clearly for me they are often unable to fix the issue and this has to be done by ticket, but often I need bits of info to help me assess is it you or me.
But regretfully they dodge the question, sometimes refuse almost to answer it to my extreme irritation.
I assume you also have transcripts of the chats, just view today's for roscoe, I had to speak to 3 staff all of which did not answer directly my question.
I answered loads of theirs, albeit they were irrelevent and quite frankly suggested that I had to have ALL my dns records pointing to you (www & mail) to use a mail list set up on the webserver (and use localhost smtp mail)at one point (educate them please).
With more and more companies operating their own mailservers you need to make it clear that
1) to use localhost requires no current mailbox
